Town Clerk Rose Lodice

Town Clerk Rose Lodice

Rose Lodice has worked hard to improve the operations of the Town Clerk’s office and deserves the opportunity to continue her efforts. Under her direction, the office has been significantly reorganized and improved by updating the storage capability and capacity with State Grant funds. The reorganization project forestalled the eventuality of a large capital expense for expansion.

Rose has worked to make her office more accessible to the community by maintaining extended office hours on a regular basis and she has improved communication to the residents through updates on Channel 17. During her tenure, Rose has reinstituted the elementary school students’ visits to Town Hall and worked with educators to integrate Town Hall’s historical materials into the curricula. Working with the Trumbull Business/Education Initiative, Rose developed an Internship for an area high school junior.

For more than 35 years, Rose has demonstrated her commitment to the community through her volunteerism:

Ten years as a member of the Trumbull Town Council
      Finance Committee Chairperson
      Trumbull Affordable Housing Committee
      Trumbull Arts Commission
      Past President Trumbull Jaycee Women
      Former Girl Scout Leader

Rose’s professional accomplishments include:
Seventeen years managing staffs, budgets & public relations
      Licensed Real Estate Agent
Regional Center for the Arts, Former Teaching Professional

Rose is proud of her daughter Kris, son in law Ted, and Granddaughters Sarah Rose and Kayla Marie
